I. General Terms

• Terms – these terms and conditions
• Service – the online service “Naster Future Energy” operating at https://www.naster.pl/
• Service Provider – the company “Naster S.A.” with its registered office at ul. Montażowa 3, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, NIP: 9372673065
• Service User – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
• Electronic Communication – communication between parties via email and contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions

• The Terms define the rules for the operation and use of the Service and the scope of rights and obligations of Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
• The Service Provider’s services consist of providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Users to access content such as articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms.
• Any content, articles, or information published on the Service that may contain advice or guidelines is only general information and is not directed at individual Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for its use by Users.
• The User assumes full responsibility for the use of materials provided within the Service, including compliance with applicable law.
• The Service Provider does not provide any guarantee regarding the usefulness of materials published on the Service.
• The Service Provider is not liable for any damage incurred by Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risk related to the use of the Service, including the use of information provided on the Service, lies with the User.

III. Terms of Use of the Service

• Use of the Service by any User is free of charge and voluntary.
• Users are obliged to read the Terms and other documents forming an integral part of them and must accept all provisions to continue using the Service.
• Users may not use any personal data obtained through the Service for marketing purposes.
• Technical requirements for using the Service:
  • a device with a display capable of displaying websites,
  • an internet connection,
  • any web browser compliant with W3C standards and supporting HTML5,
  • JavaScript enabled,
  • cookies enabled
• To ensure the safety of the Service Provider, Users, and other Users of the Service, all Users should follow generally accepted internet security rules.
• The following actions are prohibited for Users, either personally or through software:
  • decompiling or analyzing source code without written consent,
  • actions causing server overload without written consent,
  • attempting to find security vulnerabilities in the Service or server configuration without written consent,
  • uploading or injecting code, scripts, or software onto the server or database that may harm the Service, Users, or the Service Provider,
  • uploading or injecting code, scripts, or software to track or steal data from Users or the Service Provider,
  • any actions intended to damage, block, or prevent the Service from functioning.
• In the event of a cybersecurity incident or potential RODO (GDPR) breach, Users should immediately notify the Service Provider to quickly remove the problem or threat and protect the interests of all Service Users.

IV. Registration Terms and Rules

• Users may use the Service without registering.
• Users must be registered and have an account to access additional services available only to logged-in Users.
• Registration is voluntary and free of charge.
• Each User may have only one account.
• Technical requirements for registration:
  • an individual email account
• By registering, Users consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider as provided during registration, including later changes or deletion.
• The Service Provider may suspend or delete accounts at its discretion if a User violates the Terms, applicable law, social norms, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Users.
• Services may be modified, added, removed, or temporarily suspended at the Service Provider’s discretion without objection by Users.
• Additional security rules for accounts:
  • Users must not share their login or password with third parties.
  • The Service Provider will never request a User’s password.
• Account deletion:
  • Users can delete their account themselves after logging in.
  • Account deletion results in removal of all personal data and anonymization of username and email.

V. Newsletter Service Terms

• Subscription to the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
• Technical requirements for the Newsletter:
  • an individual email account
• Newsletter conditions:
  • providing an individual email address in the form,
  • verifying the email address via the link sent,
  • consent to receive email notifications
• Newsletter scope:
  • notifications about new posts, contests, and promotional campaigns related to the Service,
  • notifications about partners’ promotional campaigns (marketing messages)
• Unsubscribing:
  • Users can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
  • Unsubscribing removes the email from the Service Provider’s database.

VI. Communication and Other Services

• The Service provides tools for Users to interact, such as:
  • Contact form
  • Commenting on posts and articles
• Contact information provided:
  • Email address
• Data provided during contact will be processed according to the Privacy Policy, which is part of the Terms.
• Content rules for Users:
  • No offensive, defamatory, or illegal content toward the Service Provider, Users, or third parties,
  • No copyrighted or unlicensed material,
  • No vulgar, pornographic, erotic, or illegal content or links to such sites,
  • No software or scripts that overload servers or compromise security,
  • No marketing or commercial content promoting other services, products, or websites.

VII. Data Collection

The Service collects and processes certain User data for proper service provision, legal protection, and compliance with applicable law. Cookies and anonymized data are used for functionality and analytics.

• Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, screen resolution, approximate location, visited pages, time spent, OS, referrer, language, connection speed, ISP, anonymized demographic data (age, gender, interests via Google Analytics).
• Data collected during registration: username, full name, email. Logged-in Users may have a User ID stored in cookies.
• Data collected for Newsletter subscription: email address.

VIII. Copyright

• The Service Provider owns the Service and its copyrights.
• Some content belongs to third parties and is used under license or free license.
• Reproduction, copying, or storing content from the Service without permission is prohibited, except via search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
• News information itself (without commentary) may be freely used but not copied entirely or partially unless marked for use.

IX. Changes to the Terms

• The Service Provider may change the Terms at any time without giving reasons.
• Notification of changes will be sent electronically to registered Users.
• Changes take effect immediately for unregistered Users and after 7 days for registered Users.
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

X. Final Provisions

• The Service Provider is not responsible for the content posted by Users beyond applicable law.
• The Service Provider strives to provide continuous services but is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, third parties, or automated programs.
• The Service Provider may modify, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion without prior notice.
• All prior Terms remain available on this page.
